All of our transit paths have been stable for the past 40 minutes after implementing some additional traffic filtering at our network edge. All customer servers and services are reachable without error from all test points. We are continuing to work with our filtering vendors and partners to determine why our filters did not auto-filter this malicious traffic and to ensure that a permanent solution is in place ASAP.
We will continue to monitor the network closely and will issue updates as more information is available. A complete post-mortem covering this event will be made available once everything is stable and we’ve gathered all the appropriate data.
