We understand that providing excellent customer support is the key to our success. Please

Customer support includes the following items:
- Network or datacenter problems
- Hardware failures on hardware we've provided
- DNS problems for domains hosted on our DNS servers
- Email problems for domains hosted on our email servers
- Reboots and basic remote hands service
- Billing and payment issues
- OS reloads related to the failure of hardware we've provided
Support services not covered here are available and billed at a rate of $75 per hour during normal working hours and $125 per hour nights, weekends and holidays.
